Words have weight, mass, are physical substances and meaning. I have told him/spouse and many others. He said "No, they don't'.

Words have weight, mass, are physical substances and meaning.
Many people believe that current visible material things they can see with their eyes are real.
They think words have no meaning, are not important and are not real things.
