 one morning I was at work applying some makeup on my face

my reply was 

are you sure? I look as ugly as a dog

he said no you dont you are fine the way you are. you look great

THE SAME THING HAS BEEN SAID BY MANY OTHERS especially males

my first husband Perry hated makeup. he told me i didnt need it

who am i going to listen to? 

men or women? people in general? 

some females will flatter (lie) to me saying I look great in an outfit or while wearing makeup or jewelry or some other thing ..some will tell me to do something different with my eyebrows or my hair or whatever other part of me they can see...

WOW!  I see countless hundreds of famous models who has the SAME hair style , plain and simple, straight or curly and long usually, for YEARS until they DIE

wondering what was I good at

what was my gift or blessing ?

since I didn't think I really had any special certain gift because someone is always better at me in any subject there is/was or will be...

and i wasn't the prettiest 

or the smartest 

or the best at anything anywhere 

or prized by anyone

although i really admired lots of people, animals, plants, things and the world in general due my intense curiosity and astonishment at just about anything... wanting to learn and keep on doing it...

So I don't know if this is actually a gift or not. A curse or a blessing.

conversations with grandma were frequent, daily and so involved, intense because i really was trying to figure out life, understand what in the world I was supposed to do, who was I, who am I and who are all these people all around me and in the world at large.....why is this and and the other so special and highly regarded....

why are some disregarded, abused, even killed?

I still don't know for certain ..

Brief running, sprints, jumping up and down, bouncing, hip motion, spinning around in circles, stretching are good for the body.

Standing and walking on the balls of the feet are good and natural.
Climbing is good. Crawling is good. Reaching out and up is good.

Natural exercises we all did as infants, children and teenagers.
We didn't have to think about it. It's in our genes to do these things.

A lot of adults quit doing these things because it was pounded out of them
by other well meaning adults who told them to sit down, stay still
and shut up.

Dancing, gymnastics, aerobics
are excellent ways to feel good when you do them at the right
time for you and only at within your comfort zone.

Pushing your body beyond its limits destroys the body as it
would destroy any other life form who attempts to do this.

Our healthcare system and education system is in dire need of
a real education about hygiene, nutrition, whole body health,
holistic and natural methods. 

Primary education is learned at home, not in schools. Parents
teach their kids what they learned from their parents growing
up. If the parents are ignorant the children learn to be ignorant.
