When I am hungry I eat. When I am tired I sleep. My body tells me the truth
at all times. It does not lie.

It (intution) tells me when something feels right or feels wrong.
When I have listened to it and followed its direction it has proven itself
by the results. 

When I do not listen to it (gut feelings) and instead listen to directions from
some other body, I have done wrong and hurt myself.

What is my purpose? What are my goals? What are the reasons and why I am still alive?

Feeling very tired today. Had terrible heartburn earlier. Woke up with the pain
took a couple of teaspoons of olive oil and a teaspoon of honey.  The
heartburn finally went away.
