Brief running, sprints, jumping up and down, bouncing, hip motion, spinning around in circles, stretching are good for the body.

Brief running, sprints,  jumping up and down, bouncing, hip motion, spinning around
in circles, stretching are good for the body.

Standing and walking on the balls of the feet are good and natural.
Climbing is good. Crawling is good. Reaching out and up is good.

Natural exercises we all did as infants, children and teenagers.
We didn't have to think about it. It's in our genes to do these things.

A lot of adults quit doing these things because it was pounded out of them
by other well meaning adults who told them to sit down, stay still
and shut up.

Dancing, gymnastics, aerobics
are excellent ways to feel good when you do them at the right
time for you and only at within your comfort zone.

Pushing your body beyond its limits destroys the body as it
would destroy any other life form who attempts to do this.
