Pickles, olives, sauerkraut, whole milk full fat plain greek yogurt.

Pickles, olives, sauerkraut, whole milk full fat plain greek yogurt. Lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit, berries. Fresh vegetables. These are just some of the things I love to eat. Smiles and sunshine to everyone.

Fermented foods, fresh fruit and vegetables, cooked veggies,
meat that includes the fat, skin and bones so I can make homemade
soups, gravy, au jus.



Food is necessary to live.
