Met a kindred spirit at Sunnyside Park yesterday.
Met a kindred spirit at Sunnyside Park yesterday.
Daniel, a slim, fit man, walking his Australian Shepherd dog.
He is younger than 30. I am 59. Works from home. Enjoys thinking and solitude.
A truly wise and kind soul. Enjoyed the short walk and talk.
We will meet again.
Smart isn't about what you know, it's about what you question. Always asking questions. Just like a child.

Modern toilets defy squatting.
Modern toilets defy squatting. Back pain is worse when sitting on a toilet chair and
you can't eliminate properly.
Root chakra is damaged when sitting on a high seat while
peeing or pooping. Even more damage occurs when a person
has scoliosis like I do. A 38 degree curve
Five years ago I couldn't squat and get up without pain.
Today I squat more and will squat even more often.

Digestion
Metabolism
Urination
Defecation
Blood pressure
Sexual response
Body temperature

There are two types of autonomic nervous system:
