Last name: Rutherford
This ancient surname is usually regarded as being of Scottish origin, but can be English. The Clan Rutherford were once a powerful family in the Border Country, and they held an estate known as The lands of Rutherford in Roxburgh. There are a number of spellings including: Rutherford, Rutherfoord, Rutherforde, Rudderford, Riddiford, Ruddiford, Rotherforth, Ruddiforth and probably others as yet undiscovered. The derivation is from the Olde English pre 7th Century words "hryther" meaning cattle, and "forda", a shallow river crossing. However although the surname is principally recorded in the Scottish border country, some modern nameholders at least have no Scottish connections. In medieval times there once existed a village called Ruddiford or similar in North Yorkshire, as shown in surviving church registers of the county.

Surname Database: Stillwell Last Name Origin:

Surname Database: Stillwell Last Name Origin:

Last name: Stillwell
This interesting name is of Anglo-Saxon origin, and may be either a topographical or a locational surname, found mainly in the Southern counties of Hampshire and Surrey. As a locational surname, Stillwell or Stilwell derives from a now 'lost' place, one of the estimated seven to ten thousand English villages and hamlets known to have disappeared since the 12th Century. The main reasons for this were natural disasters such as the Black Death (plague) of 1348, in which an eighth of the population perished, and to the widespread practice of enforced 'clearing' of large areas of land to create sheep pastures. The place is thought to have been situated in Surrey, and the name means 'the fish-trap in the stream', derived from the Old English pre 7th Century 'stiell, staell', place for catching fish, and 'well, waell', stream, spring, well. As a topographical surname, Stillwell denotes residence by such a place. The marriage of Arnold Stillwell and Mary Mills was recorded in Farnham, Surrey, on November 22nd 1568. The first recorded spelling of the family name is shown to be that of Elyzabeth Styllwell (christening), which was dated April 14th 1542, Headley, Hampshire, during the reign of King Henry V111, 'Good King Hal', 1509-1547. Surnames became necessary when governments introduced personal taxation. In England this was known as Poll Tax. Throughout the centuries, surnames in every country have continued to "develop" often leading to astonishing variants of the original spelling.

9 Signs You're An Old Soul ⋆ LonerWolf:

9 Signs You're An Old Soul ⋆ LonerWolf:

9 Signs You're An Old Soul ⋆ LonerWolf:

9 Signs You're An Old Soul
1#   You tend to be a solitary loner.

Because old souls are disinterested in the pursuits and interests of the people in their age groups, they find it dissatisfying to make friends with people they find it hard to relate to.  This is one of the major problems Old Souls experience.  The result is ... old souls tend to find themselves alone a lot of the time.  People just don't cut it for them.

2#   You love knowledge, wisdom and truth.

Yep ... this seems a little grandiose and overly noble, but the old soul finds himself naturally gravitating towards the intellectual side of life.  Old souls inherently understand that knowledge is power, wisdom is happiness and truth is freedom, so why not seek after those things?  These pursuits are more meaningful to them than reading up on the latest gossip about Snooki's latest boyfriend, or the latest football scores.
3#   You're spiritually inclined.

More emotional old souls tend to have sensitive and spiritual natures.  Overcoming the confines of the ego, seeking enlightenment - as modeled by the Awakened Souls - and fostering love and peace are the main pursuits of these young-in-body Mother Teresa's.  To them it seems the wisest, most fulfilling use of time

4#   You understand the transience of life.

Old souls are frequently plagued with reminders of not only their own mortality, but that of everything and everyone around them.  This makes the old soul wary and at times withdrawn, but wisely dictates the way they live their lives.
5#   You're thoughtful and introspective.

Old souls tend to think a lot ... about everything.  Their ability to reflect and learn from their actions and those of others is their greatest teacher in life.  One reason why old souls feel so old at heart is because they have learnt so many lessons through their own thought processes, and possess so much insight into life situations from their ability to quietly and carefully observe what if going on around them.

6#   You see the bigger picture.

Rarely do old souls get lost in the superficial details of getting useless degrees, job promotions, boob jobs and bigger TV's.  Old souls have the tendency to look at life from a birds eye view, seeing what is the most wise and meaningful way to approach life.  When confronted with issues, old souls tend to see them as temporary and passing pains that merely serve to increase the amount of joy felt in the future.  Consequently, old souls tend to have placid, stable natures as a result of their approach to life.
7#   You aren't materialistic.

Wealth, status, fame, and the latest version of iPhone ... they just bore old souls.  The old soul doesn't see the purpose of pursuing things that can be easily taken away from them.  Additionally, old souls have little time and interest for the short-lived things in life, as they bring little meaning or long lasting fulfillment for them.
8#   You were a strange, socially maladaptive kid.

This is not always the case, but many old souls exhibit odd signs of maturity at young ages.  Often, these children are labelled as being "precocious", "introverted", or "rebellious", failing to fit into the mainstream behaviors.  Usually, these children are extremely inquisitive and intelligent, seeing the purposelessness of many things their teachers, parents and peers say and do, and either passively or aggressively resisting them.  If you can talk to your child like he/she's an adult - you've probably got an old soul on your hands.
9#   You just "feel" old.

Before putting a name to what I felt, I experienced certain sensations of simply being an "old person" inside.  The feelings that accompany being an old soul are usually: a feeling of world wariness, mental tiredness, watchful patience, and detached calmness. Unfortunately, this can often be perceived as being aloof and cold, which is only one of many Old Soul Myths.

Just as some old people describe themselves as being "young at heart", so too can young people be "old at heart".

Are you an old soul?  I'd love to hear your stories below.

Writing is much easier than talking.
I can say it once, it's over with and don't have to repeat myself thousands of times.
Millions can read what I write and don't have to listen to me talk.
I don't have to listen to endless repetitions verbalized from other people who
ramble on and, just like broken records, saying the same things every day.
Words on paper can be silently read at your leisure at any time without having
to tolerate the irritating sound waves that emanate from vocal cords.
Silence is so very sweet.

And.. we keep watching the movies about how a man falls in love and treats a woman right. Women believe it. It's all lies. Women want to believe a man loves them but they don't. Men don't love women. They love what they can get for themselves. What's in it for them.
Movies sell. Women love it (the idea that they are loved and appreciated). Men take women to movies and get pussy and free slaves which is all they want.
Fact: He doesn't give a shit.
And I realize life will go on just fine without me.
Saying and doing the right thing is not always the right thing to do. It depends on
the people you're around.

10 Secrets to Success | PickTheBrain | Motivation and Self Improvement:

10 Secrets to Success | PickTheBrain | Motivation and Self Improvement:
10 Secrets to Success | PickTheBrain | Motivation and Self Improvement:

What is it that makes people successful and I mean really successful compared to you or me? Are they smarter or do they work harder? Are they risk takers or have powerful and influential friends?

The financial newspaper Investors Business Daily (IBD) asked these same questions a few years ago and started a multi-year search for the answer. They studied industry leaders, investors and entrepreneurs to understand the traits they all had in common that contributed to their success. Reproduced here is their list of 10 Secrets to Success along with my commentary on each no-so-secret, ‘secret’.

I decided to reproduce the list here and comment on each of the traits in hopes of motivating you and myself in the process. It’s time for me to take my own advice and start on the path to my dreams. I hope to motivate you, by using myself as an example.

I originally came across this list when I was staring at some papers on a refrigerator owned by someone who was very successful – both personally and financially. My family and I had just spent the night as a guest in a great house in the suburbs of Boston. We were living life large as we played pool in the rec room, drank wine from the wine cellar, and enjoyed a dip in the hot tub. The problem was, neither of the couples in the house owned the property or the life we were pretending to have. You see, my friends were house sitting for the original owner and they had invited us to stay for the weekend.

It wasn’t until the morning after our little ‘party’ that I noticed something taped to the refrigerator – something that impacts me each time I read it. It was the IBD 10 Secrets to Success. Once my head cleared, I quickly copied them down and read them over and over again. After our vacation I made copies and posted them in my home office and inside a journal I decided to keep.

The problem was, after a couple of months I forgot about the secrets and they fell by the wayside. And so did my actions towards my goals. At the time the articles 7 Ways to Grow the Action Habit or How To Motivate Yourself – Self Motivation didn’t exist and I lost my motivation. Well, I re-discovered the list and want to share it with you now. I hope you take these not-so-secret, secrets to heart and realize your dreams – whatever they may be.

1. How You Think is Everything.

Always be positive. Think Success, not Failure. Beware of a negative environment.

This trait has to be one of the most important in the entire list. Your belief that you can accomplish your goals has to be unwavering. The moment you say to yourself “I can’t…”, then you won’t. I was always given the advice “never say I can’t” and I’d like to strike those words from the dictionary.

I’ve found that from time-to-time my attitude waivers. A mentor of mine once said “it’s ok to visit pity city, but you can’t stay and there comes a time when you need to leave”. Positive things happen to positive people.

2. Decide upon Your True Dreams and Goals: Write down your specific goals and develop a plan to reach them.

Write down my dreams and goals? Develop a plan to reach them? You mean like a project plan? Yes, that’s exactly what this means. You may have heard the old adage: A New Years resolution that isn’t written down is just a dream, and dreams are not goals.

Goals are those concrete, measurable stepping stones of achievement that track your progress towards your dreams. My goal is to start a second career as a freelance writer – what are your goals?

3. Take Action. Goals are nothing without action.

Be like Nike and “Just do it”. I took action by reaching out and started writing. Every day I try to take some action towards my goals. It may be small, but it’s still an action. Have you taken action towards your goals?

4. Never Stop Learning: Go back to school or read books. Get training & acquire skills.

Becoming a life long learner would benefit us all and is something we should instill in our kids. It’s funny that once you’re out of school you realize how enjoyable learning can be. What have you learned today?

5. Be Persistent and Work Hard: Success is a marathon, not a sprint. Never give up.

I think every story of success I read entails long hard hours of work. There is no getting around this and there is no free lunch. But, if you’re working towards something that you’re passionate about, something you love – then is it really work?

6. Learn to Analyze Details: Get all the facts, all the input. Learn from your mistakes.

I think you have to strike a balance between getting all the facts and making a decision with incomplete data – both are traits of successful people. Spend time gathering details, but don’t catch ‘analysis paralysis’.

7. Focus Your Time And Money: Don’t let other people or things distract you.

Remain laser focused on your goals and surround yourself with positive people that believe in you. Don’t be distracted by the naysayer’s or tasks that are not helping you achieve your goals.

8. Don’t Be Afraid To Innovate: Be different. Following the herd is a sure way to mediocrity.

Follow through on that break-out idea you have. Ask yourself “What would I do if I wasn’t afraid?”

9. Deal And Communicate With People Effectively: No person is an island. Learn to understand and motivate others.

Successful people develop and nurture a network and they only do that by treating people openly, fairly and many times firmly. There is nothing wrong about being firm – just don’t cross the a-hole line. How do you deal with people?

10. Be Honest And Dependable: Take responsibility, otherwise numbers 1 – 9 won’t matter.

Enough said.

20 From "20/20": Billionaires' 20 Keys to Success - ABC News:

20 From "20/20": Billionaires' 20 Keys to Success - ABC News:

Ever wonder what it feels like to live like the superrich? Decked-out megayachts, private jets and lavish jewels are all perks of being a billionaire. But behind the glitz and glamour is a road to success paved with hard work, determination and unyielding passion.

"20/20" stepped into the lives of four entrepreneurs who are redefining what it means to be successful and got a glimpse of what they are doing to give back. Zappos.com CEO Tony Hsieh; the owner of Patriarch Partners, Lynn Tilton; the creator of Cirque du Soleil, Guy LaLiberte; and Paul Mitchell founder John Paul DeJoria have offered up their keys to success, both in business and in life. Read on to find out how they made their billions.

1. Figure out what you're so passionate about that you'd be happy doing it for 10 years, even if you never made any money from it. That's what you should be doing.

2. Always be true to yourself.

3. Figure out what your values are and live by them, in business and in life.

4. Rather than focus on work-life separation, focus on work-life integration.

5. Don't network. Focus on building real relationships and friendships where the relationship itself is its own reward, instead of trying to get something out of the relationship to benefit your business or yourself.

6. Remember to maximize for happiness, not money or status.

7. Think about what your definition of success really is. Is it externally driven or internally driven?

8. Get ready for rejection.

9. Success unshared is failure. Give back -- share your wealth.

10. Successful people do all the things unsuccessful people don't want to do.

11. Values and ethics always come first.

12. Don't lie, cheat or steal for one penny or one dollar -- ever.

13. Business with bad people is always bad business.

14. You have to learn that you can walk away from someone that you care about for the greater good.

15. When my management teams come into the room, I hug them, I give them truth and "harsh speak" when they're in, and then I hug them on the way out.

16. The truth is cold and hard, but it's the first point on the path to hope and salvation.

17. Don't do what you do for the money. Whatever path you choose, do it because it makes your heart beat fast.

18. If you do good, good will come back to you.

19. You have to be fundamentally engaged and honest toward yourself.

20. Live your life full throttle. Take risks!

Billionaires Share Their Secrets to Success - The Wealth Report - WSJ:

Get-Rich-Quick books are generally useless, as is most advice from the wealthy on how to get wealthy. Luck, timing and economic context play such a large role in wealth creation that tips like “work hard” and “stay focused” rarely explain a person’s millions.

Yet tonight on 20/20, Barbara Walters spends time with four billionaires, who offer some useful advice no matter what you’re financial aspirations.

Her subjects include: John Paul DeJoria, the founder of Paul Mitchell hair products and owner of Patron Spirits; Patriarch Partners’ Lynn Tilton; Guy Laliberte, the founder of Cirque du Soleil; and Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos.

On the 20/20 web site, they have a list of the 20 “Billionaire’s 20 Keys to Success.” Here are 10:

1. Figure out what you’re so passionate about that you’d be happy doing it for 10 years, even if you never made any money from it. That’s what you should be doing.

2. Always be true to yourself.

3. Figure out what your values are and live by them, in business and in life.

4. Rather than focus on work-life separation, focus on work-life integration.

5. Don’t network. Focus on building real relationships and friendships where the relationship itself is its own reward, instead of trying to get something out of the relationship to benefit your business or yourself.

6. Remember to maximize for happiness, not money or status.

7. Get ready for rejection.

8. Success unshared is failure. Give back — share your wealth.

10. Successful people do all the things unsuccessful people don’t want to do.

What would you add to the “Billionaire’s Secrets” List?

Paranoid Personality Disorder | Psychology Today:

Paranoid Personality Disorder | Psychology Today:

Paranoid Personality Disorder | Psychology Today:

Definition

The word personality describes deeply ingrained patterns of behavior and the manner in which individuals perceive, relate to, and think about themselves and their world. Personality traits are conspicuous features of personality and are not necessarily pathological, although certain styles of personality traits may cause interpersonal problems. Personality disorders are enduring patterns of inner experience and behavior that deviates markedly from the expectations of an individual's culture. They must be rigid, inflexible, and maladaptive and of sufficient severity to cause significant impairment in functioning or internal distress.

Paranoid Personality Disorder is an unwarranted tendency to interpret the actions of other people as deliberately threatening or demeaning. The disorder, surfacing by early adulthood, is manifested by an omnipresent sense of distrust and unjustified suspicion that yields persistent misinterpretation of others' intentions as being malicious. People with a paranoid personality disorder are usually unable to acknowledge their own negative feelings toward others but do not generally lose touch with reality. They will not confide in people, even if they prove trustworthy, for fear of being exploited or betrayed. They will often misinterpret harmless comments and behavior from others and may build up and harbor unfounded resentment for an unreasonable length of time.

Symptoms

    Suspicion
    Concern with hidden motives
Expects to be exploited by others
    Inability to collaborate
    Social isolation
    Poor self image
    Detachment
    Hostility

People with this disorder typically exhibit a strong need for self-sufficiency, are rigid and often litigious. Because of their avoidance of closeness with others, they may appear calculating and cold. Usually men are diagnosed with it more than women.

Causes

The specific cause of this disorder is unknown. It appears to be more common in families with psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia and delusional disorder, which suggests that genes may be involved. Paranoid personality disorder can result from negative childhood experiences fostered by a threatening domestic atmosphere. It is prompted by extreme and unfounded parental rage and/or condescending parental influence that cultivate profound child insecurities.

Treatments

Treatment of paranoid personality disorder can be very effective in controlling the paranoia but is difficult because the person may be suspicious of the doctor. Without treatment this disorder will be chronic. Medications and therapy are common and effective approaches to alleviating the disorder.

The social consequences of serious mental disorders—family disruption, loss of employment and housing—can be calamitous. Comprehensive treatment, which includes services that exist outside the formal treatment system, is crucial to ameliorate symptoms, assist recovery, and, to the extent that these efforts are successful, redress stigma. Consumer self-help programs, family self-help, advocacy, and services for housing and vocational assistance complement and supplement the formal treatment system. Consumers, that is, people who use mental health services themselves, operate many of these services. The logic behind their leadership in delivery of these services is that consumers are thought to be capable of engaging others with mental disorders, serving as role models, and increasing the sensitivity of service systems to the needs of people with mental disorder.

Medications

Medications for paranoid personality disorder are generally not encouraged, as they may contribute to a heightened sense of suspicion that can ultimately lead to patient withdrawal from therapy. They are suggested, however, for the treatment of specific conditions of the disorder, such as severe anxiety or delusion, where these symptoms begin to impede normal functioning. An anti-anxiety agent, such as diazepam, is appropriate to prescribe if the client suffers from severe anxiety or agitation where it begins to interfere with normal, daily functioning. An anti-psychotic medication, such as thioridazine or haloperidol, may be appropriate if a patient decompensates into severe agitation or delusional thinking which may result in self-harm or harm to others. Medications prescribed for precise conditions should be used for the briefest interval possible to successfully control them.

Psychotherapies

Psychotherapy is the most promising method of treatment for Paranoid Personality Disorder. People afflicted with this disorder have deep foundational problems that necessitate intense therapy. A confident therapist-client relationship offers the most benefit to people with the disorder, yet is extremely difficult to establish due to the dramatic skepticism of patients with this condition. People with paranoid personality disorder rarely initiate treatment and often terminate it prematurely. Likewise, building therapist-client trust requires care and is complicated to maintain even after a confidence level has been founded.

The long-term projection for people with paranoid personality disorder is bleak. Most patients experience predominant symptoms of the disorder for the duration of their lifetime and require consistent therapy.

Self Care

Self-care approaches to paranoid personality disorder are not likely to be effective forms of treatment. The high levels of suspicion and mistrust pervasive in people with this disorder make the work of support groups improbably helpful and potentially damaging.

Accumulation of women: man's desire, goal.
Cancer or chemo. Which one kills first?

Wednesday, February 4, 2015

I am human ground up meat
I resemble ground chuck, ground beef, hamburger meat,
any type of animal ground around and around in a grinder
be it pork, chicken, turkey, fish, seafood
Chewed up, ground up, screwed up, used up
abused spit out discarded
wrung out
What do men want, what men want, what drives a man, what is man's purpose, what is the meaning of life, man's purpose in life
To have sex with as many women or men or other objects things animals life forms as they can while they are alive
Constantly searching for that perfect piece of pussy they will never find
If they've already conquered it they don't want it
They search for someone else
They want what they don't have or what they think they can't have
never wanting what they have, never satisfied
Keep this in your heart woman
You will never satifsy
You will never be the only one
You are not the most beautiful
You don't complete or fulfill his dreams
You are not the only one
You will never be good enough
It doesn't matter what you do,
He keeps searching for something better

Why men like quiet, young, naive, girls women females

they can abuse them anyway they want and they won't talk
due to shame, guilt, fear
they can say and tell them whatever they want and they will believe all of their lies
they can use the female victim as their scapegoat sounding board and
not have to worry about being caught
they can yell at, scream threaten punch kick rape steal lie cheat the
woman and other people all they want and the girl won't tell, can't defend
herself, won't be protected by anyone else
I don't have much time left to live here on earth. It won't be long and I'll be gone.

I'm betting it's mold in here

I must have mold on the brain and my whole body is loaded with mold fungi bugs and toxic waste from all of it
