Incredulous look on people's faces: I see it often

 that look that says "I don't believe you"

I dont want to hear it

then.. look away and totally ignore me 

walk off

out of the room

block me out

and the look of disgust, the smirk

telling me they think I am a stupid piece of shit not worse 1 second of their time
