anger results when i lack control over anything
then i transform that anger into understanding
when i realize i am not in control of certain things
i let it go ..............
then go back to doing things that i do have contol over
jumpy, not in depth, short sentences about work, money, material things, activities, events, cars, trucks, automobile go from one subject ...
