Drank lots of water and some plain Folgers coffee and weak black tea
Are 2 leftover grilled chicken legs
then green olives about 20
Last cooked baby carrots, microwave 1 minute
20 minute slow walk tonight before eating is the only exercise in 2 days
Weak tired can't walk or move fast
