Some are nice some are not

All can be both

Some are nice most of the time 

those are genuinely kind

All people know how to be polite in public

Fake or real natural

Phony or. Genuine

Out for what they can get at someone else's expense

Thieves back stabbers robbers selfish stingy greedy 

Inherently cruel mean hateful killers

Dream destroyers

Out to sincerely help others out of desire to see all happy

Benevolent kind helpful sweet trustworthy truthful 

Don't understand cruelty
