If we did not have the government offices to properly register
ownership of property such as a house, home, automobile,
boat, trailer, etcetera
and marriage licenses issued
an unknown number of people
would steal, rape, lie, cheat, rob, pillage and do
whatever they want with anyone anywhere any place and
anything without regard or respect for
any person, place, animal or thing
