What is the right exercise for you? Find out and do it.

Natural movements for you, not some prescribed plan made up
by someone else.

Exercise should feel good and be fun.

It's not about straining and trying to kill yourself in an
attempt to look like a body builder or somebody that has
a totally different basic body shape.

Comparing yourself to others and competing  is a waste of time.
I will repeat that in a separate post.
