How government institutions and churches come about.

Individuals refuse to help each other most of the time and if they do help they make a
big scene out of how "kind, considerate, compassionate and sympathetic' they are
People don't want to do anything to help anyone unless there is something (MONEY)
in it for them
If a person helps someone else they remind them often about all the things they have
done to "help" them,  rub their nose in it daily,
make them feel obligated and indebted for life, make the other party feel like they can
never repay them
Say things like 'If it weren't for me, what would you have done? Where would you be?
Where would you go?
