Guts rule.

You aren't craving that. Your guts are craving that.

Pickles, olives, sauerkraut, whole fat greek yogurt.
Vinegar. Making homemade pickled carrots, peppers, cucumbers, etcetera.

Mustard, plain, has turmeric. I eat lots of it and turmeric added to dishes.

Increasing pickle intake to at least one zesty dill pickle slice a day
has made dramatic improvements in my bathroom results. It has
gone from splattered a few years ago to normal looking usually brown
well formed.

Water intake is still at least 64 ounces or more when I get up.
Lots of water and home brewed tea with honey, cinnamon, clove
and sometimes mint leaves.

Will start having coffee again more regularly when I see fit.
