123 lbs today i weigh

 ate nothing yesterday

then had a bm this morning

last food was butter cookies 3 am on

feb 1

finally ate food at 930 pm feb 3, 2025

leftover hamburger, pickles, lettuce, one piece whole grain toast, mustard, suddenly salad noodles with added veg; celery, onion, olives, carrots, broccoli
